TERMS OF DELIVERY
All prices include the Finnish VAT.
If you are under 18 years old you are required to have a permission from your guardian. You can make a purchase without registering as a customer in our shop, but if you do so, you will not have to fill in your personal information the next time.
Make sure that your address and phone number are correctly filled in.
The fabrics are quality checked at the fabric and when cutting, but sometimes a mistake may be missed. In that case contact us at shop@hellin.fi and we will agree on a method of compensation.
Also there is always some variability of actual first quality fabric on any given roll because of different types and amounts of flaws that occur, and because the fabric may be in several pieces when it comes to us. Therefore it may sometimes happen that there is not enough fabric left for your order, even though it seems there should be. If that should happen, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Due to breaks in bolts and rolls, if you order more than 5 meters of a single fabric, it may come in more than one piece and we do not send a separate notification of this.
“Cat Lady Bags” are surprise fabric packages and can include fabrics with flaws as well as sample pieces that have not been for sale in our shop and sometimes pieces that are less than full width. They do not contain scraps.
Check the fabrics for flaws and measure them right after receiving them. Please note that fabrics shrink in the first wash and take this into account when making your order. Shrinkage varies from 3-10 percent, with merino wool shrinking the most lengthwise, but also widening a little at the same time. Tightly woven non-stretchy fabrics generally shrink 3% at most.
As all monitors are calibrated differently and it is hard to capture colors in photographs, the colors may not be entirely accurate and true-to-life. If you are unsure about the color, we recommend ordering a sample swatch.
Please follow the washing instructions.
You may leave your order to wait for more additions. In that case write in the message section of your order: ” Do not mail yet, waiting to add more” and when you make the additional order, write in the message section: “Addition to order number xxx”. You can only add to your own order, not to an order made by another person. After receiving shipping notice it is no longer possible to add to the order.
SHIPPING TIME
We mail the orders within ten working days, usually within 3-5 days, but sometimes there are so many orders that cutting all the fabrics takes longer and we can not guarantee a fast delivery.

FINLAND: 5,90 e and orders over 80 euros are delivered free of charge. Samples, patches and cards can be ordered with a 3,90 e letter postage

OTHER ETA-COUNTRIES: 17,90 e and free delivery for orders over 200 e

METHODS OF PAYMENT
You can pay your purchase using easy Finqu Pay – options. After the purchase you will receive a confirmation of the order.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Fabrics cut according to your order can not be returned, unless they are faulty. In that case, please contact us at shop@hellin.fi to agree on a compensation, exchange or refund.
Other items without faults besides cut-to-order fabrics can be returned at your cost.
